return policy

We want you to love your product. If for some reason you are unhappy, please reach out and talk to us within 7 days of purchase. We are always available on e-mail (info@EaglesAndAngelsLtd.com) and want to hear from you. We’re a small company and feel you should have our undivided attention when you’re not happy with our merchandise.

 

RETURNS (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete your return, please include your packing slip and mail to:

REFUNDS (if applicable)
We will send you an email to notify you once your returned item has been received, and your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
