Kinessa was born and raised in Louisiana. With a strong desire to serve, Kinessa joined the Army and was assigned to the 1st Medical Brigade as a Wheeled Mechanic. In 2010, Kinessa deployed to Kandahar Afghanistan in support of the Global War On Terrorism. After leaving service, Kinessa has been a volunteer in Africa (since 2015) where she helps train up and coming APU Rangers to help protect animals from poachers.

Proceeds from each hat sale will go to help The Hunter Seven Foundation who’s mission is to be leaders in the education and action relating to toxic exposures in Iraq and Afghanistan veterans; Knowledge is Power, Awareness is Key.
